Emmitt Henderson III , CEO President
Diagnosed with Systemic Lupus and Lupus Nephritis in 1995. Encountered multiple organ failures and adopted more autoimmune diseases like Sjogran’s Syndrome and RA. I became an Advocate for Lupus and Mental Health when my working career ended in 2019. He created MLW Corp to to bring to the Communities what was Not there for him, a Support group where men were accepted, and encouragement that it was Ok to Not be Ok, I want to Inspire those living with Lupus that Life can be Lived and Lupus does Not have to Define Us.

Current Role with MLW: Secretary/Treasurer
Younger Sister of Emmitt and Thankful to be part of this Organization. With my Role, I plan on doing whatever it takes for MLW to Succeed in its Mission to help those that need it.
As a Family, we seen how this Debilitating Disease can take a toll. When it affects one person, the whole family is Affected.
Now that we have a chance to help others going through this disease, we, as an organization will do whatever it takes to Inspire and Encourage!

Emmitt Henderson Jr, Board Director
Hello, My name is Emmitt Henderson Jr. Emmitt Henderson III is my son; and I'm proud to be a board member of the Male Lupus Warrior organization.
I retired as a Master-At-Arms Chief from the US Naval Reserve after 19 years of service. I am a Vietnam Vet. As a Reservist, I was mobilized during the 911 attack at our World Trade Center and assigned as an instructor at the Naval Enforcement Academy, Naval Station San Diego. In conjunction with my military career, I work in law enforcement with the City of San Diego and retired after 30 years of law enforcement service.
Emmitt III asked me to be a member of the Male Lupus Board directors, and I proudly accepted. I am rolling up my sleeves and ready to provide any type of support he needs.

My Name is Dion Langley, I am CEO of my own Lupus Organization called #BeatLupus. I also share ownership with Emmitt of the Male Advocacy Group, the Lupus Dream Team.
I joined MLW, to help Emmitt continue to Spread Lupus Awareness and to help others through the purpose of the Organization.

My name is Oscar Carter II, I Retired from the Fresno County Sheriff’s Dept. Currently Living in Santee, California.
I associated myself with this group to pay forward and assist this Organization and Anyone in need of any type whatsoever with no gratitude necessary, just a smile is the fulfillment of happiness for me..
